Steven Herman

Since 2011, Steven has built his experience by surrounding himself with some of the most accomplished educators and percussion ensembles in the marching arts community, including: Chino High School, POW Percussion, Phantom Regiment, Pulse Percussion and Broken City. As an educator, Steven has worked with numerous programs in Southern California including Chino HS, Rowland HS, Diamond Bar HS, Vista Murrieta HS, Upland HS, Vessel Percussion, Broken City, as well as Blue Knights and GOLD Drum and Bugle Corps.
RJ Bailey
Front Ensemble Arranger
RJ Bailey has been an active performer and instructor in the percussion world for the last ten years. He has been a member of the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps, Minnesota Brass, POW Percussion, Broken City Percussion, and RCC. As active educator, RJ has been the front ensemble manager at Vista Murrieta High School Since 2019.
