Job Title: Food Service Manager
Gold Drum & Bugle Corps is seeking a Food Service Manager for the 2025 season and beyond. This paid position requires someone with a background in food preparation for large groups. (Catering or school cafeteria/dining hall experience would be a plus.) Drum corps experience is preferred – running a mobile kitchen for an extended time period requires a unique skill set.
Meals are provided at most winter/spring camps and throughout the summer season. The job is full-time from mid-June through early/mid August. Travel with the corps during tour is required. While not required to work every event during the season, presence at a majority of Gold events is expected.

Job Title: Athletic Trainer
Gold Drum & Bugle Corps is seeking certified Athletic Trainers to provide onsite care and management of member injuries including prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation. This is a paid position with a flexible schedule. (A full season calendar will be provided.) Availability for our national tour is preferred (late July/early August), and would require travel with the drum corps. Travel costs for tour are covered.

Job Title: Volunteer Coordinator
Gold Drum & Bugle Corps is seeking someone with a warm, outgoing personality and strong organizational skills to help recruit and coordinate volunteers for all Gold Drum & Bugle Corps events. Many jobs within the drum corps, such as preparing and serving meals; monitoring member health and well-being; fitting, repairing and laundering costumes; etc., are performed largely by an army of volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator works to ensure that the right volunteers are present at the right time to keep things running smoothly. While presence at Gold camps and events is welcome, this volunteer position can be performed mostly at home and on your own schedule.

Job Title: Equipment Manager
Gold Drum & Bugle Corps is seeking an Equipment Manager to assist with keeping all equipment organized and in good working order. This volunteer position is perfect for someone who is good with their hands and who doesn’t mind getting a little dirty. The job comes with a flexible “as-needed” schedule. Most work will be performed at our weekend rehearsal camps through the winter/spring, and at our daily rehearsals/ performances from mid-June through mid-August.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Gold Drum & Bugle Corps is looking for smart, energetic, and organized individuals to to assist in the day-to-day operations of the drum corps, performing a wide variety of tasks on an as-needed basis. This team of individuals provides support during rehearsal camps and spring training as well as touring support during the local and national tours. This is a volunteer position with a flexible schedule. Availability for the full National Tour is preferred but shorter terms may be considered.
Gold conducts a variety of rehearsals, camps, local performances and tours throughout the winter, spring and fall. (A full calendar will be provided.) The season includes our national tour which culminates in the Drum Corps International World Championships the second week of August. The corps will perform approximately 15-20 times between the end of June and the second Saturday of August. Our Administrative Assistants must be organized with good communication skills and attention to detail. Flexibility and an ability to problem-solve in an ever-changing environment are key.
